Simply known as "the pub", our downtown Monterey brewery & restaurant has served locals and visitors alike with fresh beer and regional gastropub fare since 2014. Plenty of outdoor seating available; relax on our patio directly on the main thoroughfare of Alvarado Street or cozy up in our lush beer garden in the back. Walk a block to the Pacific Ocean and experience all our historic little coastal town has to offer.

Reservations and large party info
We offer limited reservations for groups between 5-14 guests in our main dining room only. Please call our host stand at 831-655-2337 you would like to book in our main dining room.
If your party is smaller than 5 guests, we welcome walk-ins. We do not take reservations in our beer garden as it is first come, first serve only. If your group is more than 14 guests you may call or email our Carmel location at 831-293-8621 or carmel@asb.beer for accommodations.
