Castroville is the next chapter for Alvarado Street Brewery. After more than 12 years of brewing, we've learned a lot about how we like to make beer, and our new home gives us the room to grow our brewing operation while continuing to experiment, innovate, and push our craft forward.

The new brewery will include our production facility, a tasting room and beer garden, with rotating food trucks and plenty of room to hang out, grab a beer and see where the beer is made.

We also wanted this place to feel unmistakably Alvarado. From the equipment to the smallest details, pieces of our history are built throughout the brewery. Each of the manway glasses carries a piece of our story, featuring artwork, beers and moments that helped get us here. It's a new home for our beer, but a lot of what makes Alvarado Alvarado is built right into it.
