Right across the board...eleven, eleven, eleven! None of this was by accident - we've got ALL the hops and hop products for our 11 year Anniversary West Coast IPA. Featuring hand selected Simcoe, Krush, & Mosaic T90 in our signature 'knockout hop' method, along with Simcoe Dynaboost, we then layered additional Simcoe & Krush lupulin concentrated cryo hops post fermentation, and topped it off with oil rich Nelson Amplifire and some tasty Nectoron for a lil' New Zealand punch at the end. Oh, and some Simcoe Hyperboost - can't forget that, it's 2025 you know! Thank you for coming on this journey with us, and remember...Have a good time, all the time!
