A brown, beer-flavored beer. No outlandish hopiing rates or techniques. No assertive bitterness. No thick pillow body or crazy expressive yeast. Just a base of heirloom English Maris Otter malt and a handful of carefully selected premium specialty grains were employed in crafting this satisfying, remarkably drinkable, brown liquid. Dwell on the subtle and intricately balanced notes of bread crust, cacao, espresso, dark cherry and plum... or, just, drink it. That is what we made it for.
