"Hop Bomb" would be cliche, and words, honestly, fail to do this beer justice. Pungent, intense, penetrating? Yes. But it is much more than that. A simple grist. A clean fermentation: Irresponsible amounts of hops, added in several stages. Maximum oil saturation... Our tried and true approach. But trust us, this beer hits different. For all of its intensity, it is still well balanced. Almost sublimely so. This dangerously drinkable liquid gold is the culmination of everything we have learned, and continue to learn, about crafting IPA. We could say that our "Hearts and Souls" are in this beer, but that cliche wouldn't do it justice either.
