Brewed in collaboration with Kyle Harrop of Horus Aged Ales, we brought together a blend of Wee Heavy aged in Cognac & Blanton's bourbon barrels for over a year. Named for one of the heaviest living flying animals, Great Bustard presents a luxuriously layered ale perfect for contemplative sipping. This rich and spirited beer blooms forth with notes of caramel dipped figs, toasted brown bread, and dried apricot woven among almond brittle, tobacco, and vanilla custard with a warm, inviting finish.
