This Hazy DIPA was force fed a potent combination of Northern and Southern Hemisphere hops that ignite in the glass. There is no lag in this beer, the flavor spools up immediately and just keeps coming at you. A tropical explosion of ripe guava and mango with key lime highlights gives way to a blend of pineapple and orange juice before a rush of strawberry and watermelon candy takes over. To retain maximum juice density and deliver a luscious mouthfeel, we left it unfiltered and raw. All of that fruity goodness is kept in check by a soft, but irreverent, bitterness.
