Barrel Aged Mixed Fermentation Saison w/ Olallieberries – 6.8%
For the 2019 harvest year of Oodelallie, we built a blend of mixed fermentation saison, aged in oak barrels from 18-24 months. The resulting blend refermented on locally grown Olallieberries from Gizdich Ranch for an extended maceration of 12 months. Bright garnet hues are encompassed by notes of dark, jammy berry, hibiscus, and rose with a delicate earthiness, & crisp tartness.
